1 John 3:1...God's Love...

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

When the forces of this world are beating against your door or you feel left out or left behind by those around you, remember this passage. We are "lavished” with the love of our Heavenly Father. His love is not doled out in small portions or bit by bit. Rather His love is poured out to the point that we are not able to receive any more. We are full to the point of overflowing with God’s love and this is why we are able to share it with others. His love is never ending, never in short supply and always given freely. Bask in the sunlight of His love that warms us and surrounds us completely. We are His children!
