Luke 12:24-26...Depend On Your Faith...

Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds!  And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? If then you are not able to do as small a thing as that, why are you anxious about the rest?

A great deal of time is spent worrying about the future. Will there be enough money at the end of the month. Will I be able to purchase new clothes or a house or a car? Will I be healthy? If we allow we can worry about a great many things including what may happen today or even in the next hour. We do not control these things, even though we may think that we do, we are NOT in control and worry simply does not resolve the issue. God is in control. That is the first thing we need to remember. He created everything and He is in charge of it all. He takes care of the birds in the air, the flowers on the hillside and He will certainly take care of each of us. We simply need to have faith and trust that we are far more important to God than anything else in His creation. Trust in it, believe in it and live like it…
