Ephesians 6:10-12...Strength In God

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Strength in God. That is our message for each day. We have been given the tools to exercise our strength in the Word of God. As we approach each new day we should look to His Word to find resolve and to mark the assurances of our faith. The world today, and yesterday as far back as the downfall of man, has been filled with trouble, deceit, pitfalls and lies. So much that it is often hard to steer around the fog of discontent that permeates the world. If we allow the forces of the devil’s schemes to interfere with our mission it stings but there is hope and forgiveness in the arms of Christ. There is unmatched love and compassion for each and every person. We simply need to believe from our hearts that God is in control and from that revelation we should cast off our worries and live by faith. Easier said than done, however each day brings new mercies and each day is filled with the splendor of our God.
