Ephesians 6:10-12...Be Bold and Strong...

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

There are times when things seem a little out of sorts or just a bit off. We struggle trying to identify exactly what it is that is wrong. More often than not there is a force at work against us and we tend to forget how powerful and cunning it can be. The struggle we have is not against flesh and blood, as is said in the text above, but rather against the forces of satan and his adversaries. As children of God we are offensive and a threat to satan because we understand the living power of the grace and forgiveness of Jesus Christ. The gospel message and the hope that it brings are not what satan wants to see or hear. Be strong, proclaim proudly and share the love of Christ with everyone you meet, no matter what…
