1 Thessalonians 4:11-12...Quiet and Respectful...
Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.
Living a quiet life in the world of social media is not an easy thing to do. So much of everyone’s life is on constant display and up for review by the world at large. Be careful not to get caught up in the confusion and highlights of everything that surrounds us as it may become consuming of your valuable time. We were created to praise our Lord and to share the gospel of Christ with those we meet. We are taught to serve and to love others, to lift each other up and not get caught up in the entanglements of judgement, envy or self righteousness. Our lives should reflect the quiet and reserved time that we spend alone with God praying and seeking His will for our lives. Lift up your brothers and sisters and encourage them all in Christ.
Blessings,
