Matthew 14:19-21...Meeting Your Needs...

“And He directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and two fish and looking up to heaven, He gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then He gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. The number of those that ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children.”

Jesus not only meets us at our point of need, He will provide for that need and even more. When He feed the people from the five loaves and two fish there was an abundance of food left over (twelve basketfuls). Jesus had met their need and then some, and He is still in the business of providing for our needs. Lift up your needs to Christ and He will meet you there.
