Acts 14:15...We Are Human, He Is God...

“Friends, why are you doing this? We too are only human, like you. We are bringing you good news, telling you to turn from these worthless things to the living God, who made the heavens and the earth and the sea and everything in them. 

Far too many times in our society today people are lifted up and placed on a pedestal and even worshiped for their great deeds. Some even elevating themselves to the level of God. There is but one true God, period. There are many humans that have done miraculous things and through the power of Jesus Christ some of the apostles even raised the dead. However they were not God and neither are those who proclaim, or act, like they are today. Be careful and set your eyes on God, talk with Him daily and listen to the direction He has for you. He made all things and controls all things and loves us unconditionally. He is our Heavenly Father and our provider as well as our comforter. He is worthy of our praise.
