Acts 5:41-42...Encourage Each Other...

The apostles left the Sanhedrin, rejoicing because they had been counted worthy of suffering disgrace for the Name. Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.

How was your week last week? Surely there were some difficult times and hard decisions either at work or at home. There may have been some disappointment and hopefully more happiness than sadness. Day to day we experience many emotions and many scenarios for which we seek answers. Our prayers are lifted up and we rely on the grace and mercy of God. We also need to share our experiences with others about our faith. About the wonderful and matchless name of Jesus. About how our hearts and minds are set on His ways and uplifted by His love and compassion. In our world today it is so easy to criticize and put each other down. We should take the lead in lifting each other up and encouraging each other to grow in faith and love. Pray that you do not miss the opportunities laid out in front of you and that you promote God’s Word and all the love that comes with it.
