Luke 9:48...How To Serve...

“The He said to them, ‘Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For it is the one who is least among you all who is the greatest.’”

Having a servant’s heart is not about drawing attention to ourselves but rather it is about serving the needs of others. This is what Jesus taught in His ministry and what He displayed in His life here on earth. It is our purpose and calling to serve others, to share His love and kindness and to share the gospel that proclaims salvation through Jesus Christ. It really is that simple.
