Ephesians 3:17-19...Be Still...

“..And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”

Being filled to the full measure, imagine trying to fill a glass with water to the very top while riding a bicycle. Next to impossible, isn't it. We must take the time to "be still" and let the presence of God fill us, to the very top, before we try to navigate the bumpy road ahead.
