Galatians 2:20-21...Grace is Enough...
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!
So many still believe that if they live their life doing good things or follow the rules they will have a place in heaven and eternity with God. This is false and should be recognized as such. Good works and charity are not the way of salvation. We are saved by faith through Jesus Christ. This belief and faith in Jesus instills in us a giving and loving heart. We do not do good things out of a need to gain recognition or to find favor with God but rather we do these things as a reflection of Jesus in our heart. No measure of a man will be greater than what flows from his heart to others. Jesus taught us to serve and to share. Jesus taught us love. We are bound to love one another and share the gospel of Christ. God’s love has no boundary and no end. His grace is sufficient for everyone and is offered to all who believe.
