Matthew 28:5-6..He Lives !....

“The angel said to the women, ‘Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; He Is Risen, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay.’”

We serve a risen Savior! In light of all we face today this  gives us the joy, peace, strength and hope for tomorrow. The fulfillment of His promise is our saving grace and our eternal gift. I am reminded often of the words of a familiar hymn, “He Lives, He Lives, Christ Jesus lives today! He walks with me and talks with me along life’s narrow way. He lives, He lives, salvation to impart! You ask me how I know He lives? He lives within my heart!” Each year at this time we are especially reminded that Christ died for our sins and  rose again that we might have salvation and victory over sin and death. Experiencing Christ is a daily joy, a peace and comfort as we are walking and talking with Him daily. Giving thanks to Him and praising His name should be always be an integral part of our prayers. To God be the Glory.
